Fellowship with God – The Upper Room Discourse

“I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.” ~ John 14:18
“We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.” ~ 1 John 1:3

We’ve heard it often – ‘Christianity is a relationship, not a religion.’ Still, we can hardly imagine what fellowship with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit really looks like. That was what Jesus most wanted to talk about, though, as He prepared to go to the Cross. He wanted to teach His disciples how to have fellowship with God.

In the season between the Cross where Jesus purchased it, and Pentecost where He poured it out, we want to dive in to what Jesus had to say about life in the New Covenant – life in the Spirit – life in fellowship with God. In seven Tuesday evenings of worship, teaching, and ministry/response time, we will cover John 14-16 and Jesus’ teaching on how to grow in our relationship with the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Come join us!

Tuesday evenings (April 3rd to May 15th, 6-8pm)
Located at Jesus Life Church – 2903 E Central Ave – Wichita, KS 67214
